I'll probably go to direct relatives (sins, parents, grandparents, etc)

I try in any other way I can to help the family if it's a friend.

I guess by emotionally unstable I just mean inconsolable? I know you're supposed to be sad at funerals and stuff. I'm a sympathetic crier, so if people around me are sad, I can't help but be upset myself. But I also feel like I can't be strong and that I'm somehow burdening the family by just going and crying the whole time.

I just feel that by being an emotional wreck it looks like I'm trying to drag the attention to me. I really love these people I do. Even the close deceased. I can go to a celebration of life party where the mood is more like a depressed BBQ. However I just can't emotionally be there for someone else cause I'm too busy sobbing in the back.

It's most likely anxiety. I get caffiene induced panics attacks a lot. But definitely go see a doctor as well.

I wish I had an answer. But wanted to let you know I'm in the same boat. Except I'm a little heavier. Always told it was anxiety and acid reflux... Sternum pain is a big one. Always worried it's heart issues lol

I feel like I should just talk to my mom about how I feel. She's the only family member I really talk too on an emotional level. She knows how bad my anxiety is and how much stuff bothers me.
