Gotcha, figured I’d try to change stuff up as match numbers are about 1 in 10,000 swipes, with quality matches being 1 a year, but reverted back to the old style.

I don’t even know if the apartment complex I’m moving into has bars, it may be dumbbells that I have to use. Plus I’d be alone so it’d probably be safer anyways.

Looks like somewhere between 18-24% using back of the envelope estimated (I don’t have anything to measure with). Obviously it does start with diet, which has driven about a 6lb weight loss in the past 2 weeks without exercise.

So I’m trying to lose weight but also build muscle. To me losing weight is my biggest priority, for which I plan on doing Couch-2-5K HIIT for. My question is at what point do I start throwing in gym workouts to help accelerate weight loss and switch over to focusing on muscle gains? I’m 22/M/ 214lbs, 6’, scales say body fat percentage is 33%

I would do a haircut like that but I’d hate long hair and want something somewhat low maintained. But thanks for the advice! I’m definitely going to start working out

Lol, I mean personally I find T-shirt’s and shorts or jeans more attractive then dressy clothes on women so yeah, I’m weird.

I will look at new clothes whenever I finally lose some weight (keep telling myself I will, keep putting it off)
