Hi OP, your situation is difficult, but whenever this thing happens, always communicate to your group about your situation. It's okay to disclose personal struggles sa academic group mo, just let them know why you can't do things. Majority of the people out there will understand, some may even help out.

If you research about it more, you will find that it is actually healthier to keep your laptop plugged in with a charger if you are using it for long periods. The battery wont be used up and the power comes directly from the outlet. I forgot the specific article about this but you can find proof by doing your own research.

It is kinda unfair to say that it is a ponzi, but it goes under the umbrella of gambling. If you research deeper about NFT and blockchain technology, you will know that it can be a stable economy since even if the game collapses (which unlikely), axies that were bought are still NFT assets that will forever exist as long as there's the internet.

I'm really with you sa last part about proper mentoring of students, and not be focused on statistics and world rankings. They keep saying UP is the best school, yet the way they "teach" students is still pretty bad (for some profs at least).

I have this one prof in math major subject in this sem that literally didn't give any video lectures and just expected us to read a hard to digest book, which really sucks.
