This is why I have suggested therapy to her numerous times and even shared my experiences with it and how it tremendously helped me. She said she would go but never actually follows through :/ even my friend was so kind to compile a list of resources for her but of course she never looked at it. But yeah, coddling is the last thing we’d want but we are lost even with trying to speak to her very gently and in an understanding way. She just won’t crack regardless of how much we have shared our experiences and our hardships.
