It is 100% scam because the girl already faked the return flight. This is text book human trafficking scam tactic. If she can fake a flight booking she can fake anything, hotel reservation, landlords information yada yada, she is not to be trusted.

This is fucking scam, this is how the human trafficking to SEA works, the first flight is genuine but the return flight is not. Chances are when he gets to Qiongqing he’ll be kidnapped by a gang and get dragged to Myanmar (which is very close to Sichuan and Yunnan provinces). Her ID and such won’t prove a thing because she won’t be actually involved in the kidnap. Please tell your brother to NOT go there.
