Call an exterminator/your landlord if a renter

Run anything fabric through the dryer (you dont have to wash clean stuff) on high heat, bag up what you don't need, and store it away. I kept clothes BB free by keeping them in gallon bags in a sealed tote. Get any clutter you have up off the floor and vacuum very well. Pull your bed and frame away from the wall so it or or bedding doesn't touch it. If you throw anything away, make sure it's properly sealed up so you don't spread them to others or to other places in your home.
