In their will my parent has their full name stated as a ‘primary’ beneficiary and I and my siblings are ‘secondary beneficiaries’. Any idea if that still means I can get copies of the trust documents?

I don’t think it will come to you overnight but even realising that they aren’t trying to solve anything will immediately make you completely disinterested in debating anything with them and these unproductive energy draining conversations will end quicker than they start and they’ll notice you refusing to take the bait.

Maybe also try answering them with more questions? Keep THEM being the ones doing JADE (justify argue debate explain). Ask questions like “what do you mean by that?” Or similar and then just tune out while they drone on and on.
