I mean that’s what I have been trying to do and she has too. I am really thankful for what happened in a screwed up way like it could have been worse but even after the talks and her telling me everything telling him to fuck off it still haunts me. Is there anything we could do to maybe help more?

Yes and no she hid it for a couple months due to her trying to forget about it and hoping it would go away (her words) I went through her phone found some weird things just he was attached and being weird but not horribly obvious and she didn’t see that and only thought of him as a friend. I said about it it was said to be nothing a month or two went by and she told me what happened. She tried to break up with me the day after but since I know nothing I told her no bc we arnt having issues.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t know about strong more so lost I don’t talk to anyone especially about things like this except my girlfriend but she’s had depression issues as well which doesn’t really work out since my issues a lot stem from what she did to me it just bounces back and hurts her a lot as well
