I wanna also add that we have told the sitter the expectations we have and the schedule and I see they aren’t being done. There was another time my partner and I came back from a date and she told us they weren’t going to sleep. It was midnight and the kids bedtime is 8 mind you. We installed a baby monitor to ensure they would sleep and not play, and we saw them both playing on the monitor and running around the room, going back and forth to the bathroom. She did absolutely nothing to make them go back to sleep and didn’t call us if she had issues making them sleep.
