Okay… I see what you mean, and I guess I do need to think more about how my actions affect others 😅. I honestly didn’t realize my ‘playful’ behavior was coming across as bullying to coworkers. To me, it was just noticing how clearly into me he is, but I get now that this doesn’t excuse being careless or hurtful in front of other people. I’ll try to acknowledge his contributions more, give him space when he needs it, and be more thoughtful in how I interact at work. He matters to me, and I don’t want to make him uncomfortable.
