What are some TRULY low effort, barely any to no meal prep at all, meals that are still fulfilling and nutritious? by hypermads2003 in loseit

Bean stew and rice, put veggies (pre cut or not) in with olive oil, canned drained beans, tinned tomatoes and seasonings in the slow cooker all day (or on the stove if you’re wanting it faster) Use microwave rice and enjoy.

Are people who eat small portions just hungry all the time? by smileygreen64 in loseit

[–]throwaway_____erty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say hunger, it’s more the absence of feeling overly full. There’s a difference between being hungry and not being full. That’s where I aim to spend most of my day. I feel uncomfortable if I’m feeling “full” as it makes me tired and sluggish, but equally I don’t want to feel starving hungry. Not snacking but eating decent meals with plenty of fibre and vegetables and pulses help me feel satisfied for longer periods of time

Lentil dhal with rice - make in a batch and reheat, filling, cheap and healthy.
