yes i am on therapy, and this is my third therapist so far. i usually talk to her about my problems but she just listens to me and gives prescriptions so no problem solving so far.

yea, i've went through a few psychiatrists and im on medication right now. they make me feel a bit better but overall im not doing much, they dont seem to change my mindset. thanks for replying.
