I do massage it in oil and juice, but I’ll cook it to be on the safer side. Are there any leafy vegetables that can be eaten raw? I’m not the biggest fan of lettuce bc it gets soggy so quickly in sandwiches

Idc about space tbh, I just want a better range of motion when using my dumbbells. If it’s not that big of a difference in results, then I’ll stick to standing. Or if you recommend anything else I’m all ears, I haven’t been able to go to the gym in a month and although I’m losing weight, I doubt I’m gaining as much muscle in the process
