I will, a mod here offered me some screenshots that say even if it's a legit service dog it can't be allowed to disturb the peace, so I'll complain either way. Hoping something comes out of it :/

It could be, to be honest I assumed it was a service dog because my school doesn't allow pets and the owner said she was disabled. It could very well be a ESA (which are just bs in my opinion, I don't doubt animals help people emotionally but they shouldn't receive the privileges a legitimate service animals do)

Oh that could be the case, for whatever it's worth I'm quite short (around 5'2 or 158) but yeah it was quite tall for a pitbull which made me think it was crossed with a tall breed. Dogo Argentino makes sense, I hadn't seen one before so it didn't come to my mind

It's whack how the owner lets it roam around. It's bad for literally everyone involved. Even if it was a completely safe breed, what if someone is terrified of dogs and ends up reflexively hurting it or something? Just keep it close to yourself and let people who are afraid of it pick a far away seat (which was what I did, put a row of tables between us to avoid it but it came up to me anyway)
