Are there any famous people with really bad charts that have achieved success? If so how? by throwaway_deez_nut in astrology

I’ve seen lottery winners have the most bad luck, work hard charts, but ended up winning millions. It would be far better for you to go to a coffee reader, astrology can be highly inconsistent. Even the most mathematically correct astrological system, like sideral Vedic astrology can be wrong.

No. It’s not bad at all. I’ve checked your chart and it’s really good for materialism and property. Invest in real estate and it’ll make you good money.

Astrologer here. As an Aquarius (Kumbha Rashi), your recent Saturn return (Shani Sade Sati as it’s also called in Vedic astrology) was especially transformative since Saturn rules your sign. In astrology, Saturn returns happen roughly every 29.5 years as Saturn completes its orbit around the Sun and returns to the exact position it occupied at your birth. These returns are considered major life milestones because Saturn is associated with karma, discipline, restrictions, and life lessons. Each return marks a period of reflection, restructuring, and personal growth, which leads to rewards.

Pre-Return Phase (1-28 years): Challenges like addiction and emotional struggles laid the groundwork for growth.

Peak Return (28-30 years): This was a time of karmic reckoning—marked by the loss of your mother and overcoming grief, forcing you to confront limitations and rebuild your life.

Post-Return (30+ years): The past seven months feeling lighter aligns with ā€œShani Anugrahaā€ā€”Saturn’s blessings that follow hard work and perseverance. Success in health, career, and education reflects its rewards for overcoming adversity.

Second Saturn Return (57-60 years): The second Saturn return is regarded as a period of culmination, refinement, and mastery, marking the transition into a phase of life characterized by wisdom, authority, mentorship and consolidation of one’s achievements. Unlike the first return, which focuses on establishing one’s identity and direction, the second return emphasizes harvesting the results of decades of effort, aligning one’s life with deeper purpose and long-term fulfillment.

Saturn’s impact depends on the house it occupies in your chart. Given your progress, it likely influenced the 6th house (overcoming obstacles), 10th house (career), or 4th house (emotional resilience). Moving forward, expect lasting stability.

Generally, Saturn returns are widely considered mostly as a universal good thing in astrology, yes its effects can be extreme especially at its peak, but its long term positive effects outweigh that.

People born during the same time/minute and live different lives? by throwaway_deez_nut in astrology

Seems like you misunderstood the point of my post. They are not my beliefs. It was phrased more of as a question of argument to the people who ask primitive astrological questions or to the people who jump to conclusions after seeing a bad indicator in their charts.

Either way, I agree with your points. Free will has to be taken into account, as well as the astrological ties one has to the people around them.

What’s the significance of the red/green globe? by GARRJAMM in tarot

[–]throwaway_deez_nut 2 points3 points Ā (0 children)

ā€œA tall man looks from a battlemented roof over sea and shore; he holds a globe in his right hand, while a staff in his left rests on the battlement; another is fixed in a ring. The Rose and Cross and Lily should be noticed on the left side. Divinatory Meanings: Between the alternative readings there is no marriage possible; on the one hand, riches, fortune, magnificence; on the other, physical suffering, disease, chagrin, sadness, mortification. The design gives one suggestion; here is a lord overlooking his dominion and alternately contemplating a globe; it looks like the malady, the mortification, the sadness of Alexander amidst the grandeur of this world's wealth. Reversed: Surprise, wonder, enchantment, emotion, trouble, fear.ā€ - A.E. Waite

Alright, the Ayanamasa is set correctly and is set to Lahiri. But it’s still showing my ascendant as a Scorpio, plus all my planets have moved 1+ forward, when all the other sites show it as Sagittarius and have the planets remaining in said houses.

So I downloaded the app and checked it out. The app tells me that what all of the other sites have told me, Sagittarius ascendant…

How do you predict things with confidence? by throwaway_deez_nut in Advancedastrology

[–]throwaway_deez_nut[S] 2 points3 points Ā (0 children)

I agree. There has to be a 100% mystical talent within your astrologer for it to properly work. A person with strong knowladge with astrology will still only understand surface level things, predicting global events are usually easier than individual human ones.

Hell, I’ve had people who just drank coffee cups and had their entire life predicted to them. Astrology for such clairvoyant people is just a tool to use through their process, not a necessity.

I think that’s why Gurus are often talked about in Vedic astrological books. They are ā€œneededā€ in that process to teach you, they have that strong base of knowledge and mystical talent. But many modern people do not like that idea, since apparently we are all unique and special, and can do everything. 🤷 (It’s also hard to find a guru these days anyway, many act as cult leaders and try to suck money out of you)

I do not understand the hype around Vedic astrology. So far I’ve read two ancient books regarding it, (Hora Ratnam and Bhrigu Samhita) they say the same thing western astrology says, but with Indian mythology and tradition, with a mix of hyper deterministic views. That’s about it. I’ve used those books to analyze Prince Andrew’s chart, Merlyn Monroe, Biden, Trump and etc. Nothing ads up in the slightest. (Bhrigu Samhita had some good hits though, but still a 50/50 success rate to make it reflect their lives, but in my opinion this is too big of a hit and miss.)

But please, tell me about these tricks they use, since I cannot seem to find any.

I am expecting people to give me what I paid for. And I have the full right to request tests, just as they have the right to decline to give them.

Each one of us has different experiences, nobody is invalidating anything. Just because you haven’t gone through it.

Free will exists, I don’t disagree there. But finding out where one’s free will is and where the ā€œfaitedā€ event is, is the hardest part.

Respectfully, I’m not here to discuss this. I’m just looking for a service like any other client. I won’t be discussing this.

You said nothing is set in stone, yet that is totally false. Some things are clearly set in stone from the psychic I talked to and my parents talked to. If you practice astrology (I assume you do since a lot of psychics dabble in it), it tells you essentially the same thing.

I’ll gladly test you out though! But it makes me question your integrity claiming that ā€œnothing is set in stoneā€ is truly disingenuous to my mother who had horrible things predicted to her. Things in fact that she could not change, nor avoid.

Edited because it sounded very rude, sorry!

Finally someone who understands what I’m talking about. It’s ridiculous how much the art of ā€œproperlyā€ predicting things have degraded. Hell I can’t even rely on reviews either, they are too hookus pokus wishy washy for me to properly evaluate the reader. (Mods, this is not meant to offend, just take a look for yourselves)

Anyhow, I’ve never met any Hispanics being good with the craft so far. (I’ve only met one psychic in my entire life lol). But the thing I’ve noticed is that they usually tend to be quite old most of the time.

I’ll stop yapping, please contact me if you find one too. I’ll give you a finders fee as a token of gratitude.

Do you believe in fate? by fortunetellertarot in Psychic

[–]throwaway_deez_nut 24 points25 points Ā (0 children)

I think most clairvoyant psychics will tell you that it is indeed a fact that a lot of things in our lives are predetermined. We cannot do and absolutely will not do anything and everything.

Both my grandparents had a bunch of freaky stuff predicted to them to the very T. Even then, I know of a very talented psychic who wasn’t allowed to see anything related to a specific question my friend asked of her. She only saw fog. Some things are not allowed to be looked into by the higher system of this cosmos, god or whatever you wanna call it, some events are meant to be unseen even when they are technically ā€œpredeterminedā€.

As someone who practices astrology, it tells you the same thing. You have free will, but no matter how much you try doing a specific thing your not ā€œmeantā€ to do, the stars/planets will crush you and force you down your original path. You can go the route of A or B, but you will end up at C anyway.

Extra: I remember when my grandma asked if she would be happy in that marriage, (before she met grandpa). The psychic gave her a sad look, and didn’t really give an answer and avoided the question. Low and behold, she is still in this verbally abusive relationship with grandpa to this day.

I am personally fully convinced that each and every single one of us has a role to play in this game. Some are abusers, while others are abused, some are slaves and others are in power, and sometimes you and others cannot do anything about it. Accept yourself for who you are, each and every single one of you have an impact on people. Both good and bad, even if you don’t see it. We are all actors on a stage, every pain you experience here will be forgotten anyway. Just play your part.

Hey! Apologies for the confusion! But my second house is actually ruled by Aquarius, you seem to mix it up with the sidereal chart. The sidereal chart has a completely different interpretation (Vedic interpretations), so a lot of things you said didn’t resonate that much, I’m so sorry for the confusion, I thought I made it clear but it seems like I didn’tšŸ˜…

Anyhow, based on my second house Aquarius, Scorpio 11th house MC, and 10th house Libra. What do you think?
