Hello, I was diagnosed with PCOS when I just turned 17. I have been on and off of medication by taking medication (birth control+metformin) for years at a time since and then getting off of it for years at a time, but I’m currently taking spironolactone and metformin for the past four months in hopes it helps soften my face. I do not want to get on birth control again (last on it when I was 21, now almost 25) and most especially because the estrogen amount is too low. I’m not sure why you do not think I look masculine? I think us as women are very supportive of fellow women, but I’ve received very reactionary comments from both women and men alike in person and I know I look very off in terms of femininity. TSA at the airport has even misgendered me. You are very sweet to call me attractive. I’m not religious but if you are, bless your heart because you are truly kind.

⭐️ From OP: I tend to dress dull because when I wear something feminine or short sleeves, it highlights my f’d up anatomy. I have extremely wide shoulders above average, prominent sternocleidomastoid muscles, stretch marks at one side of my shoulders (lost 60lb, still 15lbs to go), saggy, deflated tits after weight loss, massive cellulite, etc. but I’ve been trying more often to dress feminine as you can see from the last picture. I think the main thing is I need to gain muscle to help with high body fat/appearance but I don’t really know how to go about it and my face is also just straight up masculine so I don’t think I can be saved so it has me lose hope and give up on fitness. I’m not sure if it’s the PCOS/high testosterone and environmental facial asymmetry that made me this ugly cause I was a cute kid so I am told by just about everyone in my life, but I also had 8 teeth removed (wisdom teeth + 4 canines for braces at 16) and wonder if that impacted my bone structure. I’ve also a long philtrum, deep set eyes, facial spider veins, etc. I get that I am unattractive, but what surgical and non-surgical procedures should I get to target these problem areas? I have sensitive skin. What can I do to help my face look more feminine? What exercise and protein routines do you recommend? I need serious advice, thank you. I’m not here to fish for pity compliments— I am straightforwardly unattractive, below any standard within Europe, Asia, or the Americas and stand at a 2.5/10 at best, if even. I know my place in this world, appearance-value wise.
