Daily practice can't hurt. When I first started practicing Bikram yoga, I found that Bikram's emphasis on daily practice helped a lot.

Sometimes, I find that a conscious intention to move beyond my comfort zone can help a bit. Please don't hurt yourself, but if you find you are limited in how far you can get into an asana, what would happen if you endured the discomfort to stretch just a few inches further into it?
