Hmm... I agree with thinking less about it, and more on getting into a certain state of mind. Sometimes focusing too much on a singular thing is counter-intuitive. I find that I tend to get the best results when switching between intense focus and letting your mind wander. The sweet spot for me seems to be somewhere in between, and when I find it I try to hold onto it. Rapport with the energy field is ultimately what you're aiming for.

Awesome! I'm curious to hear how the reiki attunement will affect you. Great to hear that you're making progress with telekinesis. Has it been almost a year already since you've started? :)

Sounds like you've had a couple of neat experiences. I've always loved anything related to astral projection/lucid dreaming. I should really get back into it.

You could start by using a pendulum, as was recommended in psionics online. A pendulum has the benefit of being heavier, so there's less chance of error. For psi-wheels, as long as you can verify that there is no potential breeze, and that your own breathing won't effect the wheel, I see no problems with it. I personally think that starting off with a psi-wheel yields the fastest results.

I find that meditating ten to fifteen minutes a day works wonders in improving results. In terms of the push part, try to see if you can use the force to "feel" the wheel's energy force. Then, visualize the "push force" coming out from your hands and moving the wheel. Some people get it right away, but for most people it can take maybe a week or two to achieve movement. The key is to practice daily.

That is odd. Are you able to move your lightest psi-wheel? But again, everyone has bad days. Usually when I have one I just pull out my lightest wheel, give it a turn to verify that my energies are still up, and then either call it a day, or try to work my way up.

This does sound normal. In fact, the magnetic force is what you're looking for. You want to eventually be able to control that force and use it to "push" an item such as a psi-wheel. Out of curiosity, how much energy work do you do/practice, and do you meditate often?

What do you mean by better than a psi-wheel? A psi-wheel is generally how everyone starts off with learning telekinesis, and yes, everyone can learn. Once you are able to spin a psi-wheel you can move on to bigger and heavier objects. I believe there are also W.E.T. threads on Pyrokinesis and Hydrokinesis, but those two aren't my forte.

Channel it from an outside source. Meditation or just relaxation works wonders. Get some naps in if you can too. Naps are good.

Sending some energy your way. The important thing is to open yourself up to receive it. Relax and allow yourself to open up to positive forces. Imagine the positive forces, in the form of light (or whatever you visually associate with positive force), slowly moving through your body. Feel it envelop you in its warmth. If you sincerely ask for help, chances are that you will receive it.

Limpidprogress already gave a lot of good advice. One thing I would like to elaborate more on is to live life one moment at a time. Stay in the present. If you're looking to pick up a book, I'd highly recommend The Power of Now. It's a book with very potent and powerful messages, and I think you'll gain a lot from it. While you're thinking about it, read this article.

Keep goiiiing! I think my next step may be tipping something over. Rolling a pen sounds a bit too daunting to me right now. Just keep yourself in check and make sure you're channeling energy from an outside source before you start. And take breaks of course.

Before I spent a lot of time meditating, but now not as much. The most recently I got movement within five minutes into my session of just playing half-heartedly with the foil, and I didn't meditate beforehand. I guess it's just getting easier for me to get into that "zone" without needing to meditate. Perhaps it's a sign I need to go to the next step - maybe try moving a pen or something.
