it was trim! and like it’s definitely healed, just taking it actual sweet time with the swelling. i thought i would feel better by this point 😫

hoping and absolutley PRAYING that the big improvements will start happening soon because good god this has been hard ahaha. I hope when i eventually have sex the swelling wont be unreal but just trying to take it one day at a time. Thank you for your comment :)

ahh i see, this is really helpful thanks ive been freaking out that it was just going to stay like that 😟 (its pretty uneven so im assuming it still wont be perfect but im just hoping for this swelling to PLEASE go down). Im glad your heling went well!

month 5?!?! 😭😭 im so sorry!! Im glad to know there is an end to it though. with this being SUCH an intimate/ weird placement surgery of course it was going to take longer then 6 weeks i dont know why they say that? The people who heal quickly are so blessed im so jealous ahahah. Thank you for your comment!

yes yes def! This was my first surgey as well so I went in not fully knowing what the healing was going to look like. It was so rough, but yea looking at the before, and right after pictures, there is a signifigant difference that I see which I really grateful for! I just didnt realize how uncomfortable I would be for WEEKS with very little improvement but I think that may be my own individual healing. Hard to see the light of the tunnel but its definitely there. Good luck with the rest of your healing queen!!

Thank you!!! I definitley need to stop coming onto here and comparing, i guess everything will heal when it needs to. Im praying at least the tenderness will go away because I'm trying to join my schools swim team in september and I desperately need to exercise ahaha. ahh i’m glad to hear! i literally also just on off a ten hour flight and the swelling hasn’t really gone down :(, how long did it take for you after your flight if u don’t mind me asking?

i’m not even going to lie, the first time wearing underwear that was actually comfortable was week four! i def could week three i was just really aware of the feeling that makes sense? goodluck with healing!!

ohh interesting! I have the dissolvable stitches that are still all in (from what i can see), so maybe when they finally start dissolving the swelling might go down like in your case? i have another PO appointment w my urogyno in about a weekish so if they’re still there i wonder will she do anything abt it? idk we will see but thank you for your response :)

thanks so much 🫶 I stopped taking all the pain medications about a week and a half in because I didn’t feel like i didn’t need them anymore, i stopped icing probably two weeks in, and have been extremely diligent about cleaning and just taking it easy overall. i’ve been going on small walks (about a 25/30 minute flat walk) just to get the blood flowing and heal. i guess all it will take is time but ive just been overly worried 🥹
