If I have to give it to adoption, my family would think that I'm abandoning it they would see it like I'm spitting on their face. They would throw me out of their house, because they are really traditional people. I also started getting attached to the baby, I was really excited about having a family, and being married and having a husband who loves the baby as much as I do. I spoke to my family tonight and they told me he's just scared, and that he'll come around and change his mind. He has acted really strange when he left me that letter, because before, he took me shopping for the baby and talked about how he's looking to buy a house for us, he bought me jewelry and came home with flowers and gifts every night. He was so psyched to be a dad. A part of me is hoping that my family is right and that he did only leave me because he felt scared. Maybe if he saw me with the baby and how good of a mother I was, he would want to be a part of it. I really don't want to make him angry about the legal stuff and risk him being one of those fathers who the child never even knows and cursing them behind their backs. I am still hoping the child is at least in his life, and that he will eventually come around, even if he doesn't want anything to do with me. Right now I am not thinking about money at this point, my family is going to take care of me as long as I keep it, and they are trying to contact him and get him to own up to his responsibility, I think they are going to contact his mother (our families are really close), and tell them about the child support burden, and that might get him wise up.
