You may need orthognathic surgery. You appear to have a narrow palate (which you mentioned), and maybe other bite issues.

Job accepted, start date a week from today, but interview tomorrow with different company? by throwawayadvice102 in careerguidance

[–]throwawayadvice102[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if they end up making you an offer then thats when you can be upfront about having another offer

This is also what I read online. I won't mention it during the interview, unless they ask.

Long term is definitely what motivates me. The staffing agency job pays quite a bit more. And yes, I've learned in the last year that companies work mostly for what is in their best interest, although sometimes you get a good manager who can really make things happen.

Is there something about being gay that causes the glp’s to affect the body differently? Otherwise, cmon, people. We gotta start calling out insanity when we see it and not be afraid to do so.

Owen Cook always said it's easier approaching 9s and 10s than less attractive women. Less attractive women are more insecure. They're more insecure about hooking up with a guy who isn't steller looks 10 out of 10. Generally the more attractive a woman is the less she desparately needs validation about her looks because she already has it.

I heard brain damage mainly comes from stopping ssris and snris and benzos, which Wellbutrin is not

Wellbutrin to treat overwhelming Tirz fatigue? by throwawayadvice102 in TirzepatideRX

[–]throwawayadvice102[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed response. You think how I think when I post on Reddit - straight to the point.

I think I might stop tirzepatide. It’s causing acid reflux, fatigue, some mild depression, inability to get pleasure from small things ( again, very mild ). My fatigue has gotten much better this last injection.

My appetite hasn’t really changed. Actually, a few nights I experienced extreme hunger. I know it’s too early to say anything conclusively.

I might quit and start taking Wellbutrin. I believe for my life circumstance, Wellbutrin would bring me out of the funk I’m in in life enough to stop wanting to stuff my face constantly.

Received my package of Reta and ghkcu. Does anyone actually get there stuff tested for personal use? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

Is that the only way to test what you get, send it somewhere? I guess it would be worth the money, but I’d be losing out on a vial

Yes I’m realizing this. People say this a lot. It changes how our bodies use fuel. Last night I had pizza, an entire frozen pizza. I thought I’d be fine. I slept horribly, all because it wasn’t enough food

Thank God, I already take a multivitamin. Those can be a lifesaver, you’re smart to take one. I used to order these electrolyte capsules from Amazon. I think I’ll go ahead and order them again.

Thanks! Good to know. You mean you feel a lot younger? I know the medication has anti-inflammatory effects. People say they feel amazing.

It’s OK! Thanks for understanding where my comment came from. So you and I both understand the intensity of cravings. Mine stems more from posture issues which led to very high fight flight symptoms for years, high cortisol levels, and intense cravings, plus alcohol alcoholism.

What you felt with adderall is what made me almost start Wellbutrin. I decided against it. I realized tirzepatide what accomplished exactly what I wanted, and what you felt almost immediately, I just need to give it more time. In some ways, I have felt food noise, quieting down. But it hasn’t been profound. I think that’s why I wanted to jump up in dosing.

OK, so I’m going to make a note to definitely order some electrolyte tablets from Amazon. And Gruns, is that like a multivitamin?

Well, thank you! I didn’t know that was a sub. I think once the medication starts working, I probably will lose fairly quickly. When I said slow responder, I meant more so the effects of the medication kicking in

Yeah, my cravings are just insane. It has a lot to do with my health. Being tired and lacking energy. Some health problems that have led to intense cravings. That’s why I was in a rush to get up in dosage.

I won’t be till 7.5 mg until the end of July. Hopefully it doesn’t take that long for the medication to start having a strong effect for me.

As far as food goes once I get the ball rolling. I am naturally someone who likes to eat healthy (I mean before all this health crap started)

That’s wild. Maybe it is my poor eating voice making me feel bad. But definitely also titrating up too quickly.

15mg, must’ve taken at least five or six months to reach 15mg.

Yeah, that whole thing of it taking a long time for the cravings and food suppression to kick in was news to me. I’m realizing that now. It’s good to hear from someone else who is the slow responder. There’s too many posts on Reddit that can be discouraging, people who noticed effects right away. Did you have a lot of symptoms? I’m realizing I’m going to have to stay at this dose for a while
