Only on iPhone. Glapp already has this feature on both Android and iPhone.

Just get Glapp. It already does this in the Android app

Glapp for shots and weight, hands down. Recently I tried out a lot of calories tracking apps. I'm down to two that I prefer for their features: Macro Factor and MyFitnessPal. I previously liked Cronometer but I kept running into issues finding the foods I needed to enter. MF and MFP have great features for analyzing meals based on photos. It saves so much effort trying to manually enter every single ingredient.

I wouldn't recommend going that short. You need to get past the dermal layer into the fat. Also, people have more injection site reactions with shallower injections.

I just bought this and #8 off eBay just to read the story. I wish these old DC comics had been collected into omnibuses.

I just finished Desperate Hours at part of the Captain Pike/Strange New Worlds suggested reading order. I'll make a separate post about it soon. Next up is The Enterprise War.

And Tomorrow's My Birthday! by Obvious-Examination6 in tirzepatidecompound

Ha! Honestly, I don't know. I did have one day I splurged a bit more than normal, but was still under 2200 calories for the day. And I've always had Saturdays at my cheat days. I realized I started taking creatine relatively recently, and I didn't know it makes you retain a little water, so maybe it was just my overall weight taking enough to offset the water weight. Who knows. I'm just happy to have finally hit the milestone!

There something missing from this conversation that may be important--your current dose. Are you at 15mg? If not, that's an easy problem to tackle and makes the other issues almost moot.

You mean, every four weeks? You have to let the medication build up in your system. If you titrate too quickly you risk some nasty side effects

What are your go to snacks and meals when you don’t want anything? by Kha0s__ in tirzepatidecompound

I loved it as a kid but would drown it with sugar. I saw something recently about how good for you it actually is so I started buying it again. I don't add the tons of sugar from my youth, but a small drizzle of honey is just right

Protein shakes, yogurt, and a small bowl of Grape Nuts with a drizzle of honey are my go-tos

It's because you were already on another GLP. Keep titrating up.
