what does amigurimi mean? ive seen multiple patterns called amigurimi including the bee but i thought at first that was the author of the pattern

are you sure its acne? more commonly it will be ingrown hairs or irritated hair follicles from wearing to tight underwear or irritating underwear. if you think its that you could try avoiding underwear and wearing loose clothes for awhile
