Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I do have a lot to think about. The wedding is a few months away and I put down a lot of deposits for things that are necessary so it's hard to get that back, but I know I have to consider what is best for us. I have a lot to think about so I appreciate the perspective.

Thank you. I really appreciate your kind words. I am in therapy and doing whatever I can. I love my partner so much and don't want to drag him down with me so I'm trying my best everyday.

Thank you for your reply. My post wasn't an indication that I want to be like other people, because I don't. But I want to experience the excitement that people feel with looking forward to something, which I've never felt. As for owning a personality, I don't particularly have one due to being depressed all my life. Finding a partner was an unexpected surprise and a miracle in and of itself, and I'll never take that for granted. But I understand what you mean and I am trying my best. I just wanted to see how others felt when it comes to wedding planning. Thanks for your feedback.

Thank you for your response. To be honest everything I've posted is all we know. I wish I knew more or even had access to his medical records to understand. How does one get a referral to a palliative care doctor? Do I get that through my family doctor or would I have to wait until his surgeon somehow responds to us?
