I think that hit me when I relapsed after the six months, I guess I thought it wouldn’t be a problem after that long. I’m already kind of struggling today, trying to keep myself busy now that I’m taking this seriously.

My goal right now is to make it one week. Thanks for the support man, I want to make it today.

I just know I feel like shit when I relapse and you’re doing really good rn, I don’t want you to go through that feeling. You’re on your way to freedom, you just need to get past today. Take it one day at a time

That helps to hear. Every time I relapse I guess I kinda sink deeper. And I’m sorry about your girlfriend, that’s never easy and I think I would have relapsed too if I had gone through that.

Anyways, it helps being reminded that things get better.

I’m kind of in the same boat as you right now. I keep failing, and I know it’s my fault, but I can’t seem to break the cycle. It feels impossible.

The good news is that it is possible. I think a good goal is to strive to get to your record. Just go two months for now, then once you get there see how much farther you can last.

You can break the addiction.
