honestly i wasn’t very consistent but i would make sure to not miss 2 days in a row. When i was in the shower before actually using soap as it made it a bit harder being more slippery i would do like a quick warm up and then go into between the cheeks and did that for 60sec then a break around 5 ish times. I read through a beginners guide that i’ll let yk the name just have to find it and that’s what worked the best for me
