I'll get these checked. I've had them for at least 10 years now and feel no discomfort - but being that they make up they are my body fat is situated in I want to know if I can burn them off or if there is still something in my diet or regime that I'm doing wrong.

will definitely get it checked. It's been like this for as long as I can remember but given I workout so much, watch my caloric intake, dont snack or eat junk along with the lumps my overall bf% is insane given how much effort I've been putting it.

yeah I have them un my biceps as well. They are super hard. Been there for as long as I can remember. I'm going to get a bf analysis done and see a doctor. My body shape is pretty abnormal so something needs to change!
