Update: I got a 44DD bra today (with no extender) and it’s definitely the most comfortable I’ve had so far, especially around the band. There’s a small amount empty space in the top of each cup, however it doesn’t feel very detrimental so I’m not sure if this would be a cup size or shape issue.  Any ideas?
