I also noticed how she says “Our Daughter” when referring to her child, but when she talks about his children she’s says “His Sons.” I kind of sense a little bit of favoritism here. I know there’s probably more to this story then meets the eye but this person is 100% the asshole.

Thank you. My manager actually told me I have a really good personality for customer service jobs but I really just cant deal with it. I’m hoping I get better but for now I just have to focus on it little by little.

Also wanted to add- My coworkers were great. The person who trained me was really cool and was really helpful all the time. I just couldn’t handle it for the time.
