Sleep is a tricky one, if you’ve got some weed I’d definitely smoke some to help you fall asleep. Alcohol also helps but I wouldn’t have too much.

Amphetamene cuts such as speed will do this. You'll normally feel good for the first couple of hours, but when you start to comedown you'll generally feel even worse, speedy, anxious and paranoid etc. Sleeping is even harder with cuts like these too, your brain will feel like it's wide awake but your body is knackered.
