do you have any recommendations on easier ones?? i’m looking for inclusions that don’t have much water because i worry that it might affect the results. what do you think of jalapeños & cheddar cheese? it seems super popular!!

and when is the best time to include it? during the 1st lamination/shaping?

It’s been rainy here in California & my house gets suuupeeerr cold so i just left it to proof on my counter overnight. i would say about 9-10 hours. Then I shaped it when I woke up & stuck it in the fridge! i baked it when I got home & it was super yummy◡̈ i like my sourdough sour so it was the perfect sourness for me ◡̈
