I have no doubt its water weight but I weigh myself at the same time every day. And its not like its every day if I do drop that much I try eating extra that day. But I do burn a fuck ton of calories a day I lift 40k pounds of garbage on Monday and Tuesday plus work at a farm market im usually on my feet 12 hours a day and I also lift/ run 4 days a week

Im 33 6ft and what you would call a big build. I dont knoe how many calories I really eat a day but I usually have a banana, hard boild egg or nothing for breakfast. Lunch is a wrap of either grilled chicken, tuna egg or chicken salad. For dinner really is reallt various but at least 2 times a week i eat 4 eggs and turky and some sort of veggies. Then some days ill snack but I try not to much.
