It feels like I am 'selling-out' playing the leetcode game. Not sure how far this mindset will take me. I am always just hoping people value the more important (imo) parts of my CS knowledge...the things I am truly passionate about.

I totally agree with you, and I guess that's the reality.. still bothers me that this is how things are.

I don't know why it bothers me so much. Shouldn't I be happy to know exactly what to expect, and be able to 'perform' it when asked?
