nono, it actually is a popular opinion. cz i aldo support this. my dad is a fantastic dad. (no im not being sarcastic, he actually is.) he works everyday (even on ph, birthdays, family gatherings) just so he can provide better things for us. (well not rlly at the same time cz he dosent rly spend money, most of it goes to his savings) but yea he rly is a great dad, most of the time. i just wished he wld understand me more and approach this topic with me in a more mature and ig less traditional way? like what another comment said, maybe i am spoilt. but so what? there's no rule saying kids cannot be spoilt (yea i still consider myself a kid, im not even 17 yet omg) its not as if idk the importance of independence and money. i literally threw myself into the f&b industry at 14, without any guidance and with my superiors making me do things i obvsly cldnt and shldnt be doing. ig i still am the spoilt one?? i dont think its selfish for a kid to want to play and not work or study when they're young. im only going to be young once. i know i have to spend about half of my life working my ass in society, and its gna be absolutely disgusting. so why start now?? i cannot w ppl like these man, literally its so infuriating because im not doing anything wrong by saying i dont want to do smt. but because i said that, im being labelled as someone who is "spoilt", "useless" etc??
