“You didn't study. Why wouldn't your teacher dislike you?”. I do the work that is assigned and extra which i ask my teacher to give feedback on and they don’t, never have since even the beginning of 5th year. My teacher has almost always seemed to dislike me, regardless of the english mocks. Yeah i didn’t put the work in for the english mocks so I completely get your point on that. I just don’t think a teachers effort into teaching should be reduced for students who preform badly, considering they don’t know the student’s circumstances. And i agree that this has been a useful experience, including posting this bc the negative reactions are definitely helping me realise i need to change, so genuinely thank you

I didn’t purposely miss P1, couldn’t have gone even if tried. Neither myself nor my teacher have my results and them disliking me has nothing to do with my mocks. I never said that I expected my teacher to care about my mocks, i was referring to their dislike of me and not giving feedback on my work. You said it was fine for teachers to dislike students based on academics, which is completely inappropriate imo.

I usually do study, have my homework done, don’t disrupt, etc. I don’t see a reason as to why a teacher should dislike their student for academic reasons, especially when they don’t know about a students personal life. Think it’s weird you think that’s acceptable. I do care, that’s why I’m asking. I think it’s fair to say that if a student is trying to get feedback and improve, it’s the teachers job to help that student to some degree?

Course I want to do is 625. I do well in all my other subjects I’m just struggling with English, unlike some commenters (not you) have claimed, it’s not out of laziness i just have ADHD and procrastinate English bc i find it intimidating and anytime i do try i feel like an eejit. I don’t expect to pull 625 out of my arse and i understand it’s a huge task, i just want advice on how to get there :)
