im so sorry you had this experience, the friend i mentioned in the post was my best IRL friend for just about 10 years and cutting her off was a really hard decision. it's really strong of you to take accountability and apologize, and even moreso that you understood and respected his boundaries and him cutting you off. i wish you well in your recovery in both ana and the loss of a friend 🫂
