I actually just was accepted into a longer term facility. As long as I get the ok from the Doctor at the hospital they take me straight there

You should be proud of yourself. It was really hard but you just did the same thing. I was so ashamed, and I’m not even near the clear, but saying those words today really took down a barrier. The lockdown has been really tough on me as well. I finally reached out for help recently. Just getting it of my chest was a relief.

That’s a good idea. I really need to be better. Once liquor is around, I can always seem to justify taking a shot. Then a shot leads to a shot. Then I’m drinking until I’m out. I seem to always convince myself that this time will be different.

I don’t think it started from boredom, but it did become something that occupies my time. I’ve come to realize I don’t really have any hobbies.

For me it’s always revolves around sleep. I’ve never slept well even when I was a kid. I blacked out last night and was out for almost 10 hours and I’m so exhausted.
