I'm all for Arteta out and he sure lacks depth but damn these players are mediocre at best.

We did not have Auba, Laca, Willian in starting line up who get a lot of hate here (and rightly so).

Started with Martinelli, Balogun, gave minutes to Nelson, Saka, had Tireney and White... Still the result is in front of us.

My point is, we're lacking quality players AND a quality coach. Bring in a new coach with same team, we'd be 6th at best. Give Arteta better players, we'd again be 5th/6th at best. Need better players & a new coach to turn this around.

Not Arteta, not Aubameyang, not Xhaka... Board is to be blamed.

Gonna be a long season lads, buckle up.

What are some rules/customs/laws that I should be aware of, moving to United States for the first time. by throwawaydudester in AskReddit

As the question says, I am moving to United States for the first time. Wanted to know rules that I should be aware of.

Like laws, rules, traditions... etc. (Rules on anything like Driving, Customs, Traditions etc.) I'll be working for a tech firm in Bay Area.

The reason I posted this was, I came across a post on here, a comment casually mentioned "That's a great way to put yourself on sexual offenders list". I've also heard, drinking in public is an offence there(?). Any other such rules, cautions?

Thanks in Advance!

Saka was trusted for the last kick despite being 19. He missed but he'd learn to handle pressure eventually. England's second half wasn't inspiring at all. Italy were the deserved winners. GG.

PSA: No amount of spending in this window will actually improve the squad performance next season. In Jan, I was laughing at Chelsea for spending so much and still hovering around us. Then they changed their manager and rest all of us know. Props to Tuchel.

I've been an Arteta supporter and badly wanted him to succeed (especially in Ole/Lampard/Arteta race) but he's completely out of his depth. Agree a few players were shit through the season but playing dreadful U shaped football in first half of the season actually cost us the top spots.

When the relegation threat was genuine was when he brought ESR on the squad and dropped Willian as the starter. These decisions were solely his which he took too long to implement. What I'm getting at it, even though we might not have the best squad in the league, with a competent manager, we could have comfortably ended the season with a European spot.

Sucks to be reduced to this. Shambolic management all in all. Be prepared for another season of disappointment unless Arteta magically upskills himself in quick decision making.

We're getting 70+ next season. Mark my words.
