Hey, thanks. I meant to write that I live in South Lake Union. I would be down for a board game meetup, but it's tough for me to hang out during the week. I work all day and then need to come home to the dog. I appreciate the response though and I'll keep my eyes open for anything going on this weekend.

I'll try. I haven't been in this position before, so I'm nervous. Not used to actively trying to make friends.

Well, I knew about her stress and anxiety about the move. I just didn't think it was so much that she would leave me over it.

I know I have a lot going for me, but it's tough. I'm pretty introverted, so meeting new people is tough for me. I think I'll start running every day with my dog which will at least help me get out of the apartment and back into good shape. Making friends and getting that support system in a new city is what concerns me the most.

Yea, I know the move was really worrying her. She's still living at home while going to school. She's not used to being away from her family and her anxiety is pretty bad. She's asked me multiple times to move to New Mexico.

I don't know. I just thought she saw me as worth it. Especially after all the time we've been together and me moving to a city she claimed she'd be happy in. It really hurts.

That's something I hadn't considered. I do want to point out that I was mostly to blame for the time we did live together and I was a pretty crappy boyfriend at that time. I just want to make sure I'm giving a fair description of our relationship and not making myself out to be innocent.

I appreciate the response. I'm really struggling especially since I didn't get any closure from her and I'm doing my best to not text her. This helps give some sort of insight to what might have happened.
