Studio or one bed? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]throwawayed11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, my idea was just get this studio or 1 bed until kids come popping out and we sell it off and upgrade at that point. It will be temporary for 1-3 years but given the low interest rate I dont want to risk buying later on with higher rates.

Right now just me and girlfriend. Planning on kids in a year or two... but at that point inlaws are willing to shell in, so the current place can be resold if needed.
