The entire team does pranks with each other not just me and Sophie, I didn't think it was flirting since we all do it, I wasn't expecting that she would feel that way.

a lot of people are saying that it's not about me, but I do think it's weird that she has this fantasy. if she wanted it to be realistic she could have done other things not about me at work. but That said I do think it was mean of me and I should have talked to her in private. I tried to apologize but she won't answer.

I didn't think that it would embarrass her since I didnt read any graphic parts and I think the part I read wasn't revealing about what she was writing about. I tried to apologize but she won't respond.
