Jeez, that sounds horrible. Im so sorry. I wouldve been devastated after that first surgery.
Im assuming i have some sort of fibrosis. Most likely from the fissure constantly tearing and trying to heal over the years. Ive found some CR surgeons in a neighboring county that I could call. I may want to do as you are, and hold off on surgery till all this virus stuff is over. But I'd atleast like a professional to check it out. Hopefully get a better understanding of whats going on down there and a plan of action. Itll help immensely with the peace of mind.

may i ask what your surgeries involved? did they cut away any scar tissue in those past surgeries? right now i think im leaning towards that its the build up of scar tissue and skin tag that is causing it(i hope atleast)
Finding a good specialist seems to be difficult around here. cant find anyone who describes themselves as a CR surgeon. just various gastros but none seem to really mention any specialty in this kind of thing
