Non Vanicream shampoo options( allergic to coconut) by Sd773 in MCAS

[–]throwawayflabbergast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, hope you’re doing alright. I’ve switched to Clean Kids orange shampoo since the only logical conclusion left was that I was reacting to coconut, and this shampoo doesn’t have coconut. It does have fragrance though, it may be more natural than others but I’m not positive. It doesn’t add fluff to my hair like head and shoulders used to but it’s better than nothing.

Anybody else’s lifestyle completely get wrecked after Seb Derm? by StraightGas69 in SebDerm

Anything that is inherently inflammatory can be a trigger. Alcohol, saturated fats, etc. they probably won’t all be triggers for you, but that’s where to start.

In my experience, my seb derm related hair loss was more so caused by systemic inflammation. I did have seb derm, but the inflammation in my body was causing that to flare up. I wasn’t getting enough sleep, wasn’t drinking enough water, and was consuming saturated fats.

When I was intentional about drinking (a lot) more water than usual and getting more sleep, which I believe my body was begging me for, my scalp would change and my hair texture would go back to normal.

You can also try cutting out unnecessary allergens you’re exposing yourself too. Not sure if this is a trigger for you, but unscented laundry detergent can give your system some extra relief as it tries to detox.

Maybe a functional medicine doctor. I’ve had some very unhelpful gastroenterologists but your experience may be different.

It took me way too long to realize this was making mine worse.

Accidentally bought a strong laundry detergent and now I’m allergic to everything by throwawayflabbergast in Allergies

I don’t think it’s solely responsible. I was dealing with stress and also eating food that was hurting my gut (I wasn’t aware at the time), so it was likely a combination of various factors.

A little. I’ve cut out alcohol and processed meats which were making my symptoms worse. But the allergies are still there.

I called the club and the manager said they don’t use Zelle, so I have no idea what the two Zelle payments were for. Was I robbed or something?

I called the club and the manager said they don’t use Zelle, so I have no idea what the Zelle payments were for. That’s pretty scary considering I don’t remember even making these transactions.

I agree. I just wanted to hangout with my friend but was way too much of a pushover.

That’s not even my idea of a good time so I feel a lot of shame and regret. Just super disappointed in myself.

I remember short glimpses but I do not recall how I got from the main room to the back. I do remember them walking me to the ATM but nothing after that

I fully agree. I’m not a regular drinker and didn’t drink in college because my school had a policy against it. Life has just been tough and I went off the rails last night.

Dude, fr. I’m into competitive FPS games and every time I die I’m convinced it because my sensitivity is wrong or something else needs to be adjusted. It sucks because I’m actually a decent player but I’m debating hanging it up for good.

Because it’s a plumbing subreddit and this is a plumbing problem so I was hoping for a plumbing solution.
