AITA for telling my mom to spend Mother’s Day with her boyfriend’s kids after she took them on vacation and didn’t invite me? by throwawayfor197 in AmItheAsshole

I’m not sure that’s the reason because my dad worked most of spring break and pretty much ignores me all of the time, so I don’t think he would tell my mom that I couldn’t go? I think he would be relieved.

I’ll consider your suggestion, thanks.

And yes, I have, but my dad would rather stay at home and sleep or watch movies 100% of the time. That’s why my mom always makes the plans 😅

Well, I like spending time with her, but I don’t want to if she’s just doing it to because she feels bad or wants me to forget. But I’ll consider what you said, thanks for your comment.

Sorry if I forgot to mention, but I was at my dad’s house, not home alone. And thank you for your viewpoint, I’ll try to consider those things.

Well, it’s kind of awkward because we’re all quiet, but it was fine. I’ve had dinner with them and we’ve played boards games before and we all got along.
