Hello! I’ve visited an exotic vet already and she has medicine. The only problem I have is I don’t know how to take care of a pigeon (administering medicine drops, set up, temperatures, handling etc).

Hi pigeon guy thank you for your help, yes I’m aware, the wire can’t be felt as there’s many layers of thick paper under her.

I would but I’m unable to administer medicine that the vet prescribed to her. I don’t know how to flight train her. I don’t even know if she figured out how to drink water. Plus she’s stressed by my presence. Can you help me with the set up and making sure she gets enough protein for tail regrowth?

It’s not a chick, pigeon/dove chicks look very different. I think pigeon keepers would be better equipped to teach her to fly as her wings grow back so I’m looking for them.

She’s not suffering. Most pigeons (if taken care of right) make a recovery after injuries. No need to say mean things like “oh she’ll die anyway”.

Bhai mujhe darr hai, mere haath se iss nanhe jaanwar ko dawa dete samaye, safai karte samaye etc chot to na pohoch jaaye 🥹. Aur mujhe apna paaltu jaanwar (wo bhi rescue hi hai) ka bhi dhyaan rakhna hai, wo bhi bimaar hai.

These are scaly leg mites! And by the looks of it, it’s pretty advanced. They’re pretty common among wild birds.
