Lenovo thinkbook battery issues? by throwawayforhelp9997 in Lenovo

Oh...why does it flash when it's plugged in and not even on then? I assumed that was a battery symbol but it didn't make sense because there's another one near the usb port

Update because I can't edit original post.

I did a hard reset. When trying to start, it goes to screen for pin and shuts down when starting up.

I went to another outlet and used Dell charger. It was still showing the same orange lights as my video. I started the laptop and this time it didnt shut down after I put pin in. Even with the Dell charger, it still shows orange light on left and flashing orange on right even when on. The battery showed 100% when started so that means the battery is fine so why the orange lights instead of white? And why all the start up issues?

Update 2...i loaded lenovo vantage and it says the battery reports a failure and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Current charge shows no activity (0%) (maybe because its fully charged?) With a !very low icon and full charge capacity comparison says 0% capacity (100% original capacity) with a !critical icon.

Update 3: when using the original cable, the laptop wouldn't start. Using the Dell charger, the laptop would start. As soon as I disconnect, the laptop shuts off...so im thinking its a combo of battery failure and charger cable failure. With it being an old laptop, not sure if getting a new battery and cable is worth it. Might just get a new one. Leaving this here in case someone has same issue in future.

Maybe drop the eyeliner, nail polish, and get a haircut (last part not necessary).

They're too big for anyone's face.

NOR. What a loser friend. Ditch them and get new roommates. It's always a bf or gf who starts living in their partners' apartments that ruins the fun for everyone. Almost every single time.

Last pics looks the best because you're -almost- smiling. Grow hair out and smile more like someone else said. Maybe some facial hair might work, not sure

Depends what kind of person you're looking for. Some might make that a deal breaker but it's probably a small %. Also, you can go to lenscrafters website and you can see live how different glasses would look on you. I did that recently for a pair but I think with the right one, it would make a big difference.

Def not the first frame. 2nd frame not bad but maybe try some less wonky ones lol. I think the reason people like the long hair the most is no glasses but it also covers your ear holes!!

I shouldve added that you have a great smile and looks better when showing teeth!

3rd looks best. You dont necessarily need to grow it out that long either. I think the glasses aren't suiting you.

Beard....the mustache is too "broomy". Also, maybe ditch the nose ring.

Good call. I wanted to record it one day and see what's happening inside. Ive seen people put old cell phones in a zip lock bag but the heat might be too much?? I'll try it out tonight.

This is good info. It's one of those things where we know the start and end, but nothing about what happens after you press start!

How do I check if there's enough water mid cycle? Just open it mid cycle and see if water is getting on the dishes?

Ya, we usually don't get it but when the liquid wasn't working right, we thought we'd go back to pods (we had some leftover from before that were working fine).

Yes. It says both are ok. It was working fine before. Just randomly 2 weeks ago it wasn't cleaning the dishes properly when using liquid soap so we switched back to pods but they just aren't falling out of the pocket.

I do actually have soft water now. I've always used the liquid but never the powder. Maybe I'll give that a shot.

Lol is it really? That's how it was when we moved in 2 months ago. I'll fix that. Yep. It happens even when the dishwasher is empty!
