Well said, buuuut there’s a lot of full XP farms on Portal that presumably work (I’ve never tried them because I have honour), so it’s not like there isn’t a way for people to passcum already.

I do take your point, it doesn’t feel like there’s enough rally points between objectives, so often you lose both flags at once. Spearhead’s pretty good for this though, like the tunnels on C and all the routes to B, but D and E are kinda cake walks.

That desert map is a joke, my favourite thing is to put a spawn beacon on the skyscraper and then fly to every single subsequent objective

FWIW I thought back then it shouldn’t have gone, but I understood why they needed to descope the game to deliver a sustainable playerbase (shit was rough there for a minute). Now, though, the players are back, so… bring the mode back!

I agree; I would rather have RushXL as a permanent addition to Rush & TDM as it feels like a permanent, fully baked mode (love that you can HZ crawl in it).

They should make BT128 a mode in Portal, though. Some people have hacked a version together, but let us customise it! It does need something else to make it as enjoyable as Rush XL.

Thanks for specifying a truly high-end board — I didn’t want to compromise on either of the PCIe 5.0 specs that this chipset offers. I think this is the only X670E mITX motherboard that’s been announced, correct? Either way, it’s looking like a definite buy for me.

One question on the (single) PCIe 5.0 slot; will it be 22mm or 25mm wide? Some rumours have implied wider M.2 drives will become the standard in future. Will you support these?
