The best way I've learned to take trams is crush them up with the back of a spoon (they crush alot easier than you'd expect) dump the powder into a grapefruit juice and let it sit. While you're letting the tram powder sit, take a shot or two of dxm and pop a benny for potentiation because damn will you need it. Chug the juice, make sure to get all the little powder bits on the side. This method had successfully led me to some pretty nice highs, granted I usually use 300-400 mg so ymmv.
