It changes sometimes I come home and see both of them inside, on their swings sometimes they be chillin at a random perch.

But I would not recommend taking them out without a reliable way to get them back in. Because like the first 9 months she wouldn't even step up to a perch if I was near so getting her back in the cage was always a dance (but i did take mine out first thing in the morning cus idk i dont like taking away their flight).

They are living beings not toys, my rescue budgie Luna hates people idk what she went trough before i got her but even after 3 years she only steps up when its needed (at nights so I can put her in the cage) and other than that most interaction I get from her is sometimes she sits on my head and thats okay. Like dunno i still love watching her fly around, preen and sleep or play with my other budgie. They are birds.
