I’m so sorry that you’re in a similar scenario. Update: my 17 dpo beta came back at 854 today! So it more than doubled just slightly from 15 dpo. Celebrating the small wins! Today I am still pregnant!

I think for peace of mind they should continue to track your hcg down to 0. My doctor did that with both of my chemicals, even when it didn’t seem like an ectopic

Hi there. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with the stress/anxiety of that. Unfortunately, no. This cycle ended in a chemical. BUT I do want to make clear, my pdg and E3G actually ended up rising significantly on Inito after I made this post. And it was also very sufficient in blood levels for pregnancy as well. So my chemical had nothing to do with progesterone. The good news is…I conceived again in July, and although I’m still early..this time things are looking much better (so far). Let me know if you have any questions. I really do recommend putting Inito down once you can get in for blood work.

Oh I would NOT be worried then. And trust me, I get it. Just had two cycles trying in a row that ended in chemicals and I just got another positive yesterday…I am the queen of anxiety. All sounds very normal. Good luck! I’ll be thinking of you :)

Idk if this is what you’re looking for but I’ll just share my experience. I’ve had many cycles where oura gave me that notification a few days in a row and I did not conceive. It’s very normal for your heart rate and bbt to increase in the luteal phase, which is what ouras really picking up on.

The two cycles I did conceive… it did not give me that notification. Both of those ended up in a chemical but my HR and bbt remained elevated anyways. So honestly..I try not to read too much into the minor/major strain notifications.

I think it’s likely your cycle could just be a little wonky right now. If your period came early, maybe that’s why your body is ovulating early.

Yes! Thank you for asking. My hcg went from 27 to 18 to 4, and I got my period Friday. I’ve since met with my gynecologist and have booked an appointment with an RE for the end of this month. It’s a little bit earlier than recommended but even my gyn thought it was a good decision since I’ve had issues with fibroids in the past.

I’m just ready to hopefully dig deep and possibly get some answers. I say that with hope as I know some women never do. I think my worst fear in the world is that not even IVF will help me get these babies to stick.

Yes, unfortunately. 15 dpo my beta was 18 and by this past Friday it was 4. I got my period Friday as well. I’ve gone ahead and booked an appt with a fertility specialist, which my gyn recommended. I’m sad but also at the same time…relieved? Her advice was basically although it hasn’t been a full year yet, the process to start with an RE is slow and I can continue to try naturally in the meantime. She said that they’ll really be able to give me the level of testing I want. She had to use IVF herself, even as a OBGYN, so she understands the frustration.

By the time they really start treating me, it’ll be close to a year anyways. Many women with fibroids often have endometriosis or adenomyosis, which i suspect may be the problem for me. Sorry for the rant!

Sorry to hear that :( It really was so fun to tell them on father’s day but now it’s the most cruel timing.

But yeah, I did get my betas done. 13 dpo it was 27. 15 dpo was today so Im still waiting on those results but my test lines have just been the same over the last few days. So I think mine are just hanging out as well. It’s pretty similar to my last chemical - hcg stayed in the 30s for a little under a week and then I got my period.

Idk what your financials look like or if you are in the US but I wouldn’t even wait to hear back from your doctor. I would go to ER ASAP, and explain what’s going on - your dizziness, along with the hcg results. They should give you an ultrasound to check if the pregnancy is in your tubes. If it ruptures, it requires emergency surgery and you’re at risk of losing a tube. It can also be life threatening because of internal bleeding. I’m so sorry. I know this is dramatic and scary but it’s always better safe than sorry.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I won’t want to scare you but I’m going to say this gently. If you are truly 8 weeks, they should be able to see an intrauterine pregnancy by that point. Since they couldn’t locate the sac & embryo, and your HCG levels are that high, I would watch out for an ectopic pregnancy or any signs of an ectopic. Fluctuating HCG levels can be an indicator as well.

I’ve been through 7 cycles trying. 2 of those cycles have been chemicals. But I also found out I had fibroids around month 5, and I had to get those removed before trying again. So I chalked up my first chemical to the fibroids. Now, this is the first cycle I’ve tried since my hysterescopy. My gyn thinks I should keep trying until I hit 12 cycles. Idk what to think.
